국문 초록

Objectives: This study was conducted to health promotion program by analyzing the impact of high school students' physical activity and subjective sleep satisfaction on oral symptom experience. Methods: For this purpose, the 16th (2023) Youth Health Behavior Survey was used, and 25,987 high school students were selected as research subjects. Results: In terms of physical activity, all oral symptoms were higher in those who did not engage in muscle-strengthening exercises. In terms of subjective sleep satisfaction, all oral symptoms were low when there was sufficient subjective sleep quality. Conclusions: These results suggest that the development of customized oral health education programs for high school students to improve their oral health and the need for continuous oral health guidance to maintain healthy oral health are necessary.
