시호계지탕과 삼물황금탕 합방을 이용한 23세 남성의 콜린성 두드러기 환자 1례에 대한 증례보고

국문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report a clinical case of cholinergic urticaria treated with Korean medicine, combining Sihogeji-tang and Sammulhwanggeum-tang. Methods The patient was treated with a combination of Sihogeji-tang and Sammulhwanggeum-tang herbal medications and evaluated using the CU-Q2oL(Chronic urticaria quality of life questionnaire) score and NRS(Numeric rating scale) a total of five times between May 13 and August 12 during the treatment period. Results The patient initially scored 85points on the CU-Q2oL scale and 9points on the NRS scale Treatment began with herbal medicine, starting at three doses per day, reducing to two doses because of crisis for healing, then increasing back to three as symptoms improved. Through treatment, symptoms progressively reduced, reaching a CU-Q2oL score of 23points and nrs score of 0, indicating significant improvement. Treatment was eventually discontinued as the patient's condition resolved. Conclusions By utilizing Sihogeji-tang and Sammulhwanggeum-tang in the treatment of cholinergic urticaria, offering an opportunity to introduce as novel traditional Korean medicine treatments.
