유아교사의 아동학대 신고에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 신고인지 및 신고 실천에 대한 인식을 분석하고 유아 교사의 실제 신고의지와 실천에 미치는 변인들을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 유치원과 어린이집에 재직중인 유아교사 총 213명이었으며, 평균 연령은 만 30.99년이었다. ‘유아교사의 신고의무제도에 대한 인식’, ‘아동학대 신고 의무 지식’, ‘아동학대 신고 인식 및 태도’, ‘아동학대 신고 효능감’, ‘교직관’, ‘아동학대 신고 인지 및 행동’ 도구들을 통해 연구자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 카이자승 검증과 위계적 중다회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 신고 행동 제반 변인이 유아교사의 신고행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 살펴보기 위하여 1단계에서는 인구통계학적인 변인들 2단계에서는 유아교사의 신고관련 요인들 3단계에서는 교직관에 관한 변인을 투입하였다. 연구결과, 배경변인에 따라 신고의무제도에 대한 인식 차이결과 교사의 배경 변인별로 신고의무제도에 다른 인식이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 아동학대의 신고 인식 및 태도 그리고 아동학대 신고효능감이 유아교사의 아동학대 신고 행동에 유의미한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 아동학대 신고를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to analyze the early childhood teachers’ awareness of mandatory reporting system and to analyze the affects of related variables on child abuse reporting behavior. Participants were 213 teachers working at kindergarten and preschool(mean age = 65.12 months). It used the ‘’Awareness of the mandatory reporting system’, ‘Knowledge of child abuse’, ‘Awareness and Attitude to Reporting child abuse’, ‘Efficacy of reporting child abuse’, ‘the view of teaching’ and ‘Recognition and behavior of reporting child abuse’ in collection of data. The collected data were analyzed through chi-square and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program.. The results of this study indicated that there were partially significant differences among the groups in the teachers’s awareness of mandatory reporting system. Second,. awareness and attitude to reporting child abuse and efficacy of reporting child abus were predict variables affecting the behavior of reporting child abuse.
