디지털 리터러시가 중국 고등학교 교사의 ICT 수업 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 교사 몰입과 교사 학습 공동체의 역할 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 고등학교 교사의 디지털 리터러시가 ICT 교육을 위한 혁신 행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 탐구하고, 이 관계에서 교사 몰입의 매개효과 및 교사학습공동체의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 자료는 각 변인을 설명하는 기존 측정 도구를 활용하여 중국 고등학교 교사 526명에 대하여 설문 조사를 통하여 수집하였으며, 수집된 유효 데이터에 대해 SPSS 28.0 및 SPSS Process Macro 4.2 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다: (1) 교사의 디지털 역량은 ICT 교육 혁신 행동(β=.317, p<.001)과 교사 참여(β=.438, p<.001)에 모두 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. (2) 교사 몰입은 디지털 리터러시와 ICT 수업 혁신 행동 간에 부분적으로 매개 역할을 하였다 (β=.344, p<.001). (3) 교사학습공동체는 디지털 리터러시와 교사 몰입 간의 관계에서 유의미한 긍정적 조절 효과를 나타냈으며 (B=.242, p<.001), 본 연구에서 구축한 조절된 매개효과도 유효한 것으로 확인되었다 (B=.047, p<.001). 본 연구 결과는 교육 조직이 본 연구에서 제시한 변인 간의 관계를 바탕으로 교사의 ICT 수업 혁신 행동 수준을 향상시키기 위한 운영을 강화하도록 다음과 같이 제안한다: 첫째, 교사의 디지털 리터러시 수준을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 교사학습공동체의 운영을 고무할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 교육 조직은 교사에게 긍정적인 지지를 하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to investigate the impact of digital literacy on ICT teaching innovation behaviors among high school teachers in China, as well as the roles of teacher engagement and teacher learning communities within this relationship. Using established measurement scales for each variable, the study surveyed 526 Chinese high school teachers and conducted statistical analysis on the valid data using SPSS 28.0 and SPSS Process Macro 4.2. The results indicated that: (1) Teachers' digital literacy has a significant positive effect on ICT teaching innovation behaviors (β = .317, p < .001) and teacher engagement (β = .438, p < .001). (2) Teacher engagement partially mediates the relationship between digital literacy and ICT teaching innovation behaviors (β = .344, p < .001). (3) Teacher learning communities have a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between digital literacy and teacher engagement (B = .242, p < .001), and the moderated mediation model proposed in this study is supported (B = .047, p < .001). Based on the relationships explored in this study, to enhance the level of ICT teaching innovation behaviors among teachers, it is recommended that educational organizations strengthen efforts in three areas: improving teachers' digital literacy, promoting active teacher learning communities, and providing strong organizational support for teachers.
