방사선 일반검사법의 교육 개선 요구도 분석

국문 초록

연구의 목적은 Borich의 요구도 분석을 이용하여 임상 방사선사가 방사선 일반검사에 대한 방사선(학)과 교육의 개선 요구도를 비교 분석하여, 교육기관과 임상에서 일관성 있는 방사선 일반검사 교육이 이루어지기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 대응표본 t검정과 Borich 요구도 공식을 이용하여 교육 요구도를 분석하였다. 응답자의 일반적인 특성은 남성 123명, 여성 34명이었으며, 평균연령은 39.3±10.3세로 나타났다. 대응표본 t-검정과 Borich 요구도를 분석한 결과, ‘DR(digital radiography) 시스템에 대한 교육’, ‘교재의 부위별 일반촬영 검사법은 영상장비의 발전속도에 맞추어 개선이 되어야 한다’, ‘검사법의 난이도와 비중의 변화에 따라 건강보험의 상대가치 수가의 개선이 필요하다’로 나타났다. 결론적으로 디지털 시스템의 환경에 맞는 교육과 영상장비의 발전 속도에 맞도록 교재에 수록되는 검사법의 개선, 그리고 건강보험공단 상대가치의 개선되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze the improvement needs of radiology education for general radiology examinations by clinical radiological technologists using Borich’s needs analysis, and to provide basic data for consistent general radiology examination education in educational institutions and clinical settings. This study analyzed the education needs using the paired sample t-test and Borich needs formula using a structured questionnaire. The general characteristics of the respondents were 123 males and 34 females, and the average age was 39.3±10.3 years. The results of the paired sample t-test and Borich needs analysis showed that ‘education on the DR (digital radiography) system’, ‘the general radiography examination method by region in the textbook should be improved in line with the development speed of imaging equipment’, and ‘the relative value of health insurance should be improved according to the change in the difficulty and weight of the examination method’. In conclusion, it is thought that education suitable for the environment of the digital system, the examination method included in the textbook should be improved in line with the development speed of imaging equipment, and the resource-based relative value of the National Health Insurance Corporation should be improved.
