반추 하위유형의 군집에 따른 진로적응성과 진로장벽의 차이 분석 - 대학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 반추의 하위차원인 자책과 숙고의 조합에 따른 군집별 진로적응성과 진로장벽 수준의 차이를 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었 다. 이를 위해 245명의 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 군집분석을 통해 반추 유형별로 집단을 분류하였다. 분석 결과, 자책과 숙고 수준에 따라 4개의 군 집이 도출되었다. 자책과 숙고가 모두 높은 ‘고-반추형’, 높은 숙고와 낮은 자책을 지닌 ‘숙고 중심형’, 높은 자책과 낮은 숙고를 지닌 ‘자책 중심형’, 자책과 숙고가 모 두 낮은 ‘저-반추형’으로 나타났다. 다변량 분산분석 결과, 군집 간에 진로적응성과 진로장벽 수준에서 차이가 발견되었다. ‘숙고 중심형’은 다른 군집들과 비교하여 가장 높은 진로적응성을 수준을 보였고, 진로적응성 수준이 가장 낮은 ‘자책 중심 형’ 군집과 유의한 차이가 있었다. 진로장벽 수준에서는 ‘숙고 중심형’이 가장 낮은 수준을 나타냈으며, ‘고-반추형’과 ‘자책 중심형’과 유의한 차이를 보였다. 본 연구 는 반추의 하위차원인 자책과 숙고가 대학생의 진로발달에 미치는 영향을 구체적 으로 확인하여, 각 유형별 맞춤형 진로교육과 상담의 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to examine the differences in levels of career adaptability and career barriers among clusters based on the combination of brooding and reflection, sub-dimensions of rumination, focusing on college students. A survey was conducted with 245 college students, and cluster analysis was performed to categorize students by rumination type. The analysis revealed four distinct clusters based on levels of brooding and reflection: a ‘high-rumination’ group with high levels of both brooding and reflection, a ‘reflection-focused’ group with high reflection and low brooding, a ‘brooding-focused’ group with high brooding and low reflection, and a ‘low-rumination’ group with low levels of both brooding and reflection. MANOVA indicated significant differences among clusters in terms of career adaptability and career barriers. The reflection-focused group showed the highest level of career adaptability, with a significant difference from the brooding-focused group, which exhibited the lowest level. In terms of career barriers, the reflection-focused group perceived the lowest level of barriers, with significant differences from the high-rumination and brooding-focused groups. The findings suggest a foundation for tailored career education and counseling approaches that address the unique characteristics of each rumination type.
