국문 초록

지방자치단체가 지역산업 육성정책을 수립할 때 정책 방향 입안을 위하여 산업생태계 모형의 작성과 활용이 중요하다. 그러나 디자인산업의 육성과 지원정책 연구에서는 산업생태계 모형작성과 정책적 활용이 다소 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구의 목적은 지방자치단체인 서울시 디자인산업 육성 및 지원정책 수립에 기초연구를 제공하기 위하여, 서울형 디자인산업생태계 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 연구의 방법은 첫 번째로 산업생태계 모형작성의 이론적 배경을 문헌 연구로 수행하였다. 두 번째로 디자인산업생태계의 구성 주체를 정립하고, 계층형 모형에 따라 생태계 모형을 작성하였다. 세 번째로 촉매자로서 서울시 디자인산업의 정책조직을 생산자, 수요자와 더불어 3대 핵심 주체로 규정하고 관계 지향형 모형을 기반으로 ‘서울형 디자인산업생태계 모형’을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 서울시 디자인산업 정책의 거버넌스를 시각화한 모형을 개발함으로 정책 수립에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에 있으며 서울의 7대 주요 산업반영 등 지역적, 산업적 특성을 반영한 디자인산업생태계 모형을 개발한 것에 있다.

영문 초록

When local governments establish promotion policies, it is important to create an industrial ecosystem model. However, in the design industry, industrial ecosystem modeling is insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a Seoul-type design industry ecosystem model. As for the method of the study, first, a theoretical background study of ecosystem model creation was conducted. Second, the components of the design industry ecosystem were established, and an ecosystem model was created according to a hierarchical model. Third, the 'Seoul-type design industry ecosystem model' was developed based on the relationship-oriented model, including the Seoul city policy organization as a catalyst. The significance of this study is that a model that visualizes the governance of Seoul's design industry policy was developed, and a design industry ecosystem model was developed by reflecting the seven industries of Seoul as regional characteristics.
