국문 초록

Whether law-abiding is regarded as a legal obligation or recognized as a manifestation of the exercise of legal rights, law-abiding is one of the basic concepts of jurisprudence, and its functional value is manifested in the fact that it is the core value that sustains peoples’ existence and community in society. The concept of law-abiding derives from the description of obeying the normative requirements put forward by the law that carries social values. The meaning of law-abiding from the perspective of empirical analysis can be found, the root of law-abiding embodied in the legal obligations rather than legal rights. The legitimacy of law-abiding behavior stems from the requirements of human virtue, and it can be found that obedience is the fundamental attribute of law-abiding behavior.
