Shunde in Guangdong Province, as an exemplary county in mainland China that has carried out community construction early and continued for many years, has achieved remarkable results in community culture construction, particularly demonstrating unique exploration and innovation in the practice of organizing cultural festivals. Based on the in-depth analysis and comprehensive investigation of the practice of culture festivals in Shunde, this paper aims to extract and summarize a set of community culture construction path framework with wide applicability and practical guiding value. The research finds that the success of community culture construction in Shunde is mainly due to four core paths. Firstly, conduct a comprehensive inventory and in-depth exploration of local cultural resources, and further extract cultural elements containing unique historical value and collective memory. Secondly, skillfully apply the “culture +” multi-integration strategy, activate local cultural resources, and successfully create a distinctive cultural brand. Thirdly, rely on the endogenous strength of the community to facilitate widespread participation among residents. Additionally, promote the integration of diversified resources and strengthen the collaboration among multiple stakeholders to achieve efficient development and maximum utilization of resources. These practices also provide valuable experience and inspiration for community culture construction in other areas and even on a broader scale.
