중국 대학생의 셀프리더십과 학습몰입의 관계에서 긍정적 심리자본의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 중국 대학생들이 지각하는 셀프리더십이 학습몰입에 영향을 줄 때 긍정심리자본이 매개 역할을 하는지를 확인하는 데에 있었다. 방법 본 연구 대상은 중국 4년제 남녀 대학생이며 중국 동북지역의 연변대학교, 화북지역의 산동대학교, 서남지역의 사천대학교 학생 382명을 분석하였다. 휴대폰 설문 얩을 사용하여 모바일 조사를 하였으며 조사 기간은 2022년 8월26일부터 11월15일까지였다. 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였으며 bootstrap 방법을 사용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 셀프리더십은 긍정심리자본에 직접 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본은 학습몰입에 직접 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 셀프리더십과 학습몰입 간에 긍정심리자본이 완전 매개를 하였다. 결론 셀프리더십, 긍정심리자본, 학습몰입의 관계에서 긍정심리자본은 셀프리더십과 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 완전 매개를 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was to determine whether positive psychological capital plays a mediating role when self-leadership perceived by Chinese university students influences learning engagement. Methods The research object is four-year male and female university students in China, and 382 students from Yanbian University in northeast China, Shandong University in north China and Sichuan University in southwest China are analyzed. The survey was conducted by using the mobile phone questionnaire survey App, and the survey time was from August 26 to November 15, 2022. The structural equation model is analyzed and the media effect is verified by bootstrap method. Results First, self-leadership had a direct positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, positive psychological capital had a direct positive effect on learning engagement. Third, between selfleadership and learning engagement, positive psychological capital plays a complete media effect. Conclusions In the relationship between self-leadership, positive psychological capital, and learning engagement, positive psychological capital plays a complete mediating role in the relationship between self-leadership and learning engagement.
