강의평가 문항 개발 및 타당화 연구: D대학 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 D대학 사례를 중심으로 강의평가 문항을 개발하고 타당화 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 문헌조사, 구성원 인식조사, 초점 집단 인터뷰를 통해 초안을 개발하고, 예비 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 243명의 데이터를 활용하여 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 등을 실시하였다. 또한 학생의 자기평가와 강의평가 응답 간 상관을 분석하였다. 결과 확인적 요인분석 결과, 모형 적합도와 요인부하량 모두 전반적으로 양호하였으며(요인부하량 표준화계수 .842 이상), 신뢰도도 양호하였다(문항 내적일치도 계수 .702 이상). 또한 추가분석 결과, 학생의 자기평가와 강의평가 응답의 상관이 통계적으로 유의하였다(상관계수 .395 이상). 결론 이 연구는 문항 개발 단계에서 교수자와 학습자 모두의 의견을 반영하였다는 점과 문항 수는 축소하되 객관적이고 종합적인 내용으로 구성되었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop and validate course evaluation items. Methods A preliminary items were developed through literature review, member perception survey, and focus group interview. A pilot test was conducted thereafter. Confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed using data collected from 243 participants. Additionally, correlations between students' self-assessment and course evaluation responses were analyzed. Results Confirmatory factor analysis indicated overall good model fit and factor loadings (standardized coefficients above .842), and reliability was also satisfactory (internal consistency coefficient above .702). Additional analysis revealed statistically significant correlations between students' self-assessment and course evaluation responses (correlation above .395). Conclusions This study is significant in that it incorporated the opinions of both professors and learners during the item development phase, and the number of items was reduced while ensuring they were objective and comprehensive in content.
