이공계열 전공 전문대학생의 계획된 우연기술과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로탄력성의 매개효과 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 이공계열 전공 전문대학생을 대상으로 계획된 우연기술이 진로탄력성을 매개로 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 이를 통해 이공계열 전공 전문대학생의 진로준비행동 수준을 향상시키기 위해 계획된 우연기술과 진로탄력성을 개입할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 D광역시 소재 전문대학교 3곳의 남녀 재학생 188명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종 166부의 자료를 SPSS 27.0과 PROCESS Macro 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, 상관관계, 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이공계열 전공 전문대학생의 계획된 우연기술, 진로탄력성, 진로준비행동이 어떤 관계가 있는지 상관관계를 확인한 결과, 계획된 우연기술과 진로준비행동, 계획된 우연기술과 진로탄력성, 진로탄력성과 진로준비행동이 모두 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 계획된 우연기술은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 주진 않았다. 즉, 이공계열전공 전문대학생들의 계획된 우연기술 수준이 높다고 하더라고 꼭 그것이 진로준비행동 수준 또한 높다는 것을 의미하는 것은 아니라는 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 계획된 우연기술은 진로탄력성이라는 매개변인을 통해 진로준비행동에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이공계열 전공 전문대학생들은 계획된 우연기술이 높을수록, 진로탄력성이 높고, 진로준비행동이 또한 같이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이공계열 전공 전문대학생의 진로탄력성이이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 검증함으로써 진로탄력성의 중요성을 다시 한 번 생각해보게 하고 진로탄력성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 상담 및 교육 프로그램 개발 및 도입이 직접적인 진로준비행동 수준을 향상시키는데 크게 기여할 수 있다는 것을 밝혀낸 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of career resilience in the relationship between planned coincidence skills and career preparation behavior of students in science and engineering collegesThrough this, the purpose of this study is to find a way to intervene in the planned accidental skills and career elasticity to improve the level of career preparation behavior of college students majoring in science and engineering. To this end, a questionnaire was conducted on 188 male and female students at three junior colleges located in D Metropolitan City, and the final 166 copies of data were verified using SPSS 27.0 and PROCESS Macro programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of checking the correlation between the planned accidental skills, career elasticity, and career preparation behavior of college students majoring in science and engineering, it was found that the planned accidental skills and career preparation behavior, the planned accidental skills and career elasticity, career elasticity, and career preparation behavior all had a positive correlation. Second, the planned accidental skills did not directly affect career preparation behavior. In other words, even if the level of planned accidental skills of college students majoring in science and engineering is high, it does not necessarily mean that the level of career preparation behavior is also high. Third, it was found that the planned accidental skill affects career preparation behavior through a mediating variable called career elasticity. For college students majoring in science and engineering, the higher the planned accidental skill, the higher the career elasticity, and the higher the career preparation behavior.This study is significant in that by verifying that career resilience of college students majoring in science and engineering is an important variable that affects career preparation behavior, the development and introduction of counseling and education programs that can improve career resilience can greatly contribute to improving the level of direct career preparation behavior.
