국문 초록

본 연구는 인공지능 시대 배경 하의 글로벌 노동 시장 발전 추세를 심층 분석하였으며, 특히 중한노동 시장이 기술 자동화와 초국가적 산업 이동이 가져오는 도전에 직면한 현황을 다루었다. 이러한 도전에 대응하기 위해, 본 논문은 교육 훈련 초점의 전환, 정책 유도 및 시장 조정, 산업 업그레이드 및 혁신 주도를 포함한 전환 전략을 제시하였다. 나아가, 이 연구는 중한 양국 간 노동 시장 협력 기회와 상호 보완성을 탐구하고 장기 협력 전략에 대한 제안을 하였다. 최종적으로, 본 연구는 중한 양국이 효과적인 협력을 통해 노동 시장의 공동 번영과 지속 가능한 발전을 이룰 수 있음을 결론짓는다.

영문 초록

This study provides an in-depth analysis of the development trends in the global labor market against the backdrop of the artificial intelligence era, particularly focusing on the challenges and current state of the labor markets in China and South Korea in response to technological automation and crossborder industrial transfer. In light of these challenges, the paper proposes corresponding transformation strategies, including a shift in the focus of education and training, policy guidance and market adjustments, as well as industrial upgrading and innovation-driven development. Furthermore, the research explores cooperation opportunities and complementarity between China and South Korea in the labor market, offering suggestions for long-term cooperation strategies. Ultimately, the study concludes that through effective collaboration, China and South Korea can achieve mutual prosperity in the labor market and sustainable development.
