교육훈련기관의 교육과정과 교육방식에 대한 현황분석 및 시사점 : 국가공무원인재개발원 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 교육훈련기관의 교육과정과 교육방식 현황분석을 통해 급변하는 교육환경에 적극적으로 대응하고, 효과적인 교육방식 적용을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 대표적인 교육훈련기관의 전반적인 동향을 파악하고, 국가공무원인재개발원의 사례를 중심으로 교육과정과 교육방식, 그리고 교육목표와의 연계성 등에 대한 현황분석을 통해 교육과정 특성과 교육목표에 적합한 교육방식 적용에 대한 교육적 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구방법은 교육훈련기관의 교육운영계획서 및 관련자료, 선행연구 결과 등을 바탕으로 분석하였으며, 결과에 따른 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육과정에 상관없이 대면 교육방식을 가장 많이 적용하고 있다. 둘째 하이브리드 교육방식이 점차 증가하고 있다. 셋째, 교육방식과 교육목표의 정합성 정도에는 큰 차이를 보이지 않고 교육방식과 무관하게 유사한 교육목표 유형을 설정하고 있다. 따라서 교육과정 특성을 고려한 효과적인 교육방식 채택기준에 대한 표준화된 지표 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the overall trends of education and training institutions and to present educational implications through an analysis of the current status of the curriculum, education method, and connection with educational goals, focusing on the case of the National Human Resources Development Institute. The search method was analyzed based on the educational operation plan of the education and training institution, related data, and previous research results, and the main contents of the results are as follows. First, regardless of the curriculum, face-to-face education is most often applied. Second, hybrid education methods are gradually increasing. Third, there is no significant difference in the degree of consistency between educational methods and educational goals, and similar types of educational goals are set regardless of educational methods. Therefore, it is necessary to develop standardized indicators for standards for adopting effective educational methods considering curriculum characteristics.
