국문 초록

본 연구는 직장 여성이 느끼는 성인 자녀 부양 부담이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 스트레스의 매개역할를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 여성가족부에서 실시한 2020 여성가족패널조사 데이터를 중심으로 취업 상태인 여성 1,839명을 대상으로 연구분석하였다. 연구는 SPSS 및 Amos 25.0을 사용하여 분석했다. 연구결과, 첫째, 직장 여성이 느끼는 성인 자녀 부양 부담이 클수록 삶의 질이 낮아짐을 분석했다. 둘째, 직장 여성이 느끼는 성인 자녀 부양 부담이 클수록 스트레스가 높아짐을 분석했다. 셋째, 스트레스는 직장 여성이 느끼는 성인 자녀 부양 부담과 삶의 질 간 관계에서 매개효과를 가지고 있음을 확인했다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 직장 여성의 성인 자녀 부양 부담, 스트레스, 삶의 질에 관한 실천적 함의를 제공했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of the burden of supporting adult children felt by working women on their quality of life and the mediating role of stress, and to study and analyze the data of the 2020 Women's Family Panel Survey conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. The study was analyzed using SPSS and Amos 25.0. As a result of the study, first, it was analyzed that the higher the burden of supporting adult children felt by working women, the lower the quality of life. Second, it was analyzed that the greater the burden of supporting adult children felt by working women, the higher the stress. Finally, it was confirmed that stress has a mediating effect in the relationship between the burden of supporting adult children and the quality of life felt by working women. Based on the above research results, practical implications for working women's burden of supporting adult children, stress, and quality of life were provided.
