국문 초록
이 연구의 목적은 중·고등학교 태권도선수들이 인식한 지도자의 코칭행동과 실수인식, 운동성과의 구조적 관계를규명하는데 있다. 연구대상은 대한태권도협회에 선수로 등록된 중·고등학교 태권도선수 483명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0프로그램을 사용하여 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 중·고등학교 태권도선수들이인식한 지도자 코칭행동은 실수인식에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중·고등학교 태권도선수들이인식한 지도자 코칭행동은 자율성지지에서 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 통제적 코칭행동은 운동성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중·고등학교 태권도선수들이 인식한 실수인식은 운동성과에정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
영문 초록
The purpose of this study was to identify the structural relationships between coaching behavior, mistake perception, and athletic performance as perceived by middle and high school taekwondo athletes. The participants of the study were 483 middle and high school taekwondo athletes who were registered as athletes in the Korean Taekwondo Association. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. First, it was found that leader coaching behaviors perceived by middle and high school taekwondo athletes had a negative effect on mistake recognition. Second, it was found that leader coaching behaviors perceived by middle and high school taekwondo athletes had a positive effect on autonomy support, but controlling coaching behaviors had no significant effect on athletic performance. Third, mistake recognition as perceived by middle and high school taekwondo athletes had a positive effect on athletic performance.
