국내 간호대학생을 위한 다문화 교육 프로그램의 연구동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 국내 간호대학생에게 적용한 다문화 교육 프로그램 연구동향을 분석하여 효과적인 다문화 프로그램 방법 및 구성, 전략 등을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 본 연구의 문헌 수집은 국내 5개 전자저널 데이터베이스(RISS, DBpia, KISS, 국회도서관, NDSL)에서 검색하였다. 논문 출판연도에 제한을 두지 않고, (‘다문화교육’ OR ‘다문화교육 프로그램’) AND (‘간호대학생’ OR ‘간호학생’ OR ‘학생간호사’)로 조합하여 검색하였다. 그 결과 총 399편이 검색되었으며 선정기준에 합한 21편을 대상으로 분석하였다. 결과 그 결과 학술지 논문 21편으로 Science Citation Expanded(SCIE)에 등재지에 수록된 논문 1편(4.8%), Korean Citation Index(KCI) 등재지에 수록된 논문 17편(80.9%), 학위 논문 3편(14.3%)이었다. 다문화 교육 프로그램의 구성은 목적에 따라 다양하였고, 다문화 교육 프로그램의 주요 변수와 적용 효과는 다문화 교육 프로그램의 적용 효과는 문화적 역량, 공감 능력, 자기 효능감, 다문화 수용성, 다문화 역량, 다문화 태도, 국제 보건 핵심 역량, 다문화 효능감, 다문화 인식, 상호문화 감수성에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 국내 간호대학생을 대상으로 한 다문화 교육 프로그램의 연구동향을 분석하고, 프로그램의 특성, 주요 변수, 그리고 적용 효과를 파악하여 향후 간호대학생을 위한 다문화 교육 프로그램의 방향성을 제시한 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify effective multicultural education program contents, methods and strategies by analyzing research trends on multicultural education programs applied for nursing students in South Korea. Methods The literature was searched in five Korean electronic journal databases (RISS, DBpia, KISS, National Library of Korea, NDSL). The search was conducted by combining (‘multicultural education’ OR ‘multicultural education programme’) AND (‘nursing students’ OR ‘nursing students’ OR ‘student nurses’) without limiting the year of publication. As a result, a total of 399 articles were retrieved, and 21 articles that met the selection criteria were analyzed. Results The articles analyzed were 21 journal articles, including 1 (4.8%) from Science Citation Expanded (SCIE), 17 (80.9%) from Korean Citation Index (KCI), and 3 (14.3%) from dissertations. The composition of multicultural education programs varied according to their purpose, and the main variables and application effects of multicultural education programs showed that the application effects of multicultural education programs had positive effects on cultural competence, empathy, self-efficacy, multicultural acceptance, multicultural competence, multicultural attitudes, international health core competencies, multicultural efficacy, multicultural awareness, and intercultural sensitivity. Conclusions This study is significant in that it analyzed the research trends of multicultural education programs for nursing students in Korea, identified the characteristics, main variables, and application effects of the programs, and suggested directions for future multicultural education programes for nursing students.
