국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 리더십과 의사소통 능력의 관계에서 인성과 사회정서역량의 이중매개효과를 파악하기 위함이다. 방법 연구의 대상자는 G시에 소재한 2개의 간호대학생 133명으로, 자료수집은 2023년 11월 1일부터 11월 20일까지 온라인 설문조사 방식으로 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/Win 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, Hayes(2022)의 PROCESS Macro Model 6을 이용하여 이중매개변인 모형을 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력, 인성, 사회정서역량과 리더십은 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력과 리더십과의 관계에서 인성과 사회정서역량의 매개효과는 각각 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 의사소통 능력과 리더십과의 관계에서 인성과 사회정서역량의 이중매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 연구 결과는 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력과 리더십과의 관계에서 인성과 사회정서역량이 순차적으로 매개하였을 때 효과가 발생한다는 시사점을 제공한다. 따라서 간호대학생의 러더십을 함양하기 위해 의사소통 능력뿐만 아니라 인성과 사회정서역량을 높일 필요성을 제시한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to verify the serial multiple mediating effects of personality and Social- Emotional Competence on the relationship between communication skills and leadership of nursing students. Methods The study subjects were 133 students enrolled in the Department of Nursing in G city, and data collection was conducted through an online survey from November 1 to November 20, 2023. The SPSS/23.0 program was used to analyze the data with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression, and Hayes(2022) PROCESS Macro Model 6 was used to analyze the serial multiple mediator model. Results First, there was statistically significant positive(+) correlation between nursing student’s communication skills, leadership, personality and social-emotional competence. Second, in the relationship between nursing students communication skills and leadership, the mediating effect of personality and social emotional competence was found to be significant. Finally, in the relationship between communication skills and leadership, personality and social emotional competence showed significant serial multiple mediating effects. Conclusions These findings, suggest that effect occurs when personality and social emotional competence, sequentially mediated in the relationship between nursing students' communication skills and leadership. Therefore, it is suggest that to develop leadership in nursing students’, there is a need to enhance not only communication skills but also personality and sociol-emotional competencies.
