국문 초록

Purpose : This study systematically analyzes the effectiveness of domestic suicide prevention programs and provides practical implications for the development of suicide prevention policies and programs. Methods : This descriptive research study analyzed papers on the effectiveness of domestic suicide prevention programs published in academic journals in Korea from 2015 to 2024. Results : Analysis of 13 papers published from 2015 to 2024 showed that 12 were quantitative studies (92.3%) and 1 was a qualitative study (7.7%). Based on the titles and keywords, 51 keywords, including multiple keywords, were derived. Key keywords include 9 related to suicide prevention programs (18.8%), 5 related to suicide (8.3%), 3 related to depression (6.3%), 4 related to suicide prevention (8.3%), 2 related to the elderly (4.2%), 2 related to suicidal thoughts (4.2%), 2 related to meta-analysis (4.2%), 2 related to problem-solving skills (4.2%), and 2 related to community-based approaches (4.2%). Conclusion : The analyzed papers explored various approaches and effects of suicide prevention programs, underscoring the importance of suicide prevention and the need for effective intervention strategies. It is crucial to develop tailored programs for different target groups (such as the elderly, adults, adolescents, and healthcare workers) to help reduce the risk of suicide and improve mental health.
