국문 초록
이연구는2005년부터 2022년까지 국내에서번영감(Thriving at work)에 관한 연구 문헌을 종합
적으로 검토하여 조직구성원의 번영감 증진을 위한 기초 자료 제시 및 시사점 모색을 목적으로
한다. 이를 위해 한국연구재단 등재지에 게재된 번영감 연구 총 24편을 대상으로 연구수행현황,
연구분야, 연구표본, 연구변수및연구결과등을확인하였다. 그결과, 번영감 연구는 2015년 이후
꾸준히 증가추세를 보였으며, 대부분 경영학 분야에서 연구되고 있었다. 연구표본의 경우 민간기
업 다음으로공공기관을대상으로한연구가많이진행되었다. 번영감의실증연구분석결과, 선
행요인으로는 직무환경영역, 관계영역, 개인영역, 결과요인으로는 심리차원, 행동차원, 성과차
원으로분류할수있었다. 이를 토대로 국내 번영감 실증연구 결과 모델을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와
같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점 및 향후연구방향을 제시하였다.
영문 초록
This study aims to comprehensively review the research literature on "thriving at work"
conducted in Korea from 2005 to 2022, with the purpose of providing basic data for enhancing
organizational members' thriving and exploring implications. To achieve this goal, a total of 24
studies on thriving were selected from journals indexed by the Korean Research Foundation, and
their research status, fields, samples, variables, and results were examined. The results showed
that the number of studies on thriving has steadily increased since 2015, with most of them being
conducted in the field of business administration. Regarding research samples, studies targeting
public institutions were conducted after those targeting private companies. The empirical studies
on thriving were classified into antecedent and consequential factors, with antecedent factors
divided into work environment, relationship, and individual factors, and consequential factors
divided into psychological, behavioral, and performance dimensions. Based on these findings, a
model of the results of Korean studies on thriving was identified, and implications and future
research directions were suggested.
