국문 초록
Schools are an important place for social work services. With the establishment and operation of the Central Department of Social Work, the importance and urgency of building a team of social work talents have become increasingly prominent. School social work talents generally face the dilemma of marginalization of role status, questioning of professional role, and serious lack of practical power. In order to break through the predicament and realize the self-development and self-improvement of school social work talents, it is necessary to empower school social work talents.
영문 초록
学校是开展社会工作服务的重要场域。随着中央社会工作部的设立运行,社会工作人才队伍建设的重要性与紧迫性日益凸显。学校社会工作人才普遍面临角色地位边缘化、专业作用遭受质疑、实践权力严重缺乏等困境。要突破困境、实现学校社工人才的自我发展、自我完善,就需要为学校社会工作人才赋能。
