국문 초록

With the rapid development of new media, it has entered the field of ideological and political education with an unstoppable trend. Under the perspective of new media, discourse transmission presents new models and characteristics, bringing both opportunities and challenges to the discourse power of college students’ ideological and political education. However, the impact of the virtual online environment and online discourse content undermines this discourse power. Additionally, there are shortcomings in the new media concepts of discourse expression and a lack of platforms. Therefore, measures such as enhancing students’ media literacy, updating the development concepts of ideological and political education discourse, and expanding online platforms for discourse transmission are necessary to build and continuously improve the discourse power in college students’ ideological and political education.

영문 초록

当前新媒体迅速发展，以不可阻挡的趋势进入思想政治教育领域。新媒体视阈下话语传播呈现出新模式及新特征，给大学生的思想政治教育话语权带来机遇和挑战。由于虚拟网络环境、网络话语内容冲击大学生思想政治教育话语权，且其话语表达的新媒体理念不足、平台欠缺，因此采用提高大学生思想政治教育话语媒介素养、更新大学生思想政治教育话语发展理念、扩充大学生思想政治教育话语网络平台等对策构建大学生的思想政治教育话语权，使其不断发展、完善。
