游客感知视角下鞍山乡村旅游服务质量提升研究

국문 초록

Under the dual role of the rural revitalization strategy and the enhancement of national cultural self-confidence, rural tourism has gradually become the preferred way for people to get close to nature and pursue a healthy lifestyle, and at the same time, it is also an important means to promote economic recovery after the epidemic has eased. In recent years, the development of rural tourism has gained momentum, but problems such as inadequate transportation facilities, insufficient infrastructure development and poor management still exist. In the context of building a world-class tourist city, it is particularly urgent to improve the quality of rural tourism services in Anshan City, Liaoning Province, in order to realize the development concept of “green water and green mountains are golden silver mountains”. Based on the actual situation of Anshan City, this study analyzes the current situation of rural tourism service quality using questionnaire survey method and structural equation modeling, and constructs a hypothesis model. Through the validation factor analysis, it is confirmed that the rural tourism service quality in Anshan City has a significant positive impact on tourists' satisfaction, and the tourists' satisfaction in turn has a significant positive effect on tourists' loyalty. The study further proposes suggestions to improve the service quality of rural tourism in Anshan City, aiming to promote the sustainable and healthy development of rural tourism in Anshan City, and to provide a comparable experience for similar neighboring regions.

영문 초록

在乡村振兴战略和增强民族文化自信的双重作用下，乡村旅游逐渐成为人们亲近自然、追求健康生活方式的首选途径，同时，它也是在疫情缓解后促进经济复苏的重要手段。近年来，乡村旅游的发展势头强劲，但是，诸如交通设施不完善、基础设施建设不足以及管理不善等问题依然存在。在建设世界级旅游城市的背景下，为了实现“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念，辽宁省鞍山市提升乡村旅游服务质量显得尤为迫切。本研究基于鞍山市的实际情况，采用问卷调查法和结构方程模型对当地乡村旅游服务质量的现状进行了深入分析，并构建了研究假设模型，通过验证性因子分析，确认了鞍山市乡村旅游服务质量对游客满意度有显著的正面影响，而游客满意度又对游客忠诚度产生显著的正面效应。研究进一步提出了提升鞍山市乡村旅游服务质量的建议，旨在促进鞍山乡村旅游的持续健康发展，并为周边相似地区提供可借鉴的经验。
