국문 초록

Zhu Shunhua, as an early female member of the Communist Party of China, made significant contributions to the Party's cause with her unwavering revolutionary faith and selfless dedication. By reviewing Zhu Shunhua's revolutionary experiences and spiritual characteristics, this paper analyzes the inspiration she provides to contemporary Party members and cadres. Zhu Shunhua possesses the spiritual qualities of firm belief, selfless dedication,unyielding perseverance, and strict self-discipline. She is not only a precious historical asset of the Communist Party of China but also an important resource for the education and team building of Party members and cadres in the new era. The promotion and inheritance of Zhu Shunhua’s revolutionary spirit can further enhance the Party spirit of Party members and cadres, improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party organizations, and contribute to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

영문 초록

朱舜华，作为中国共产党早期的女共产党员，以其坚定的革命信仰和无私的奉献精神，为党的事业作出了巨大贡献。通过梳理朱舜华的革命经历和精神特质，分析了她对当代党员干部的启示。朱舜华具有坚定信仰、无私奉献、坚韧不拔和严以律己的精神特质，不仅是中国共产党宝贵的历史财富，更是新时代党员干部教育和队伍建设的重要资源。可以弘扬和传承朱舜华的革命精神，进一步增强党员干部的党性修养，提升党组织的凝聚力和战斗力，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴贡献力量。
