중국 중장비 제조기업의 친환경 공급망관리가 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

국문 초록

최근 산업 활동은 기후 변화, 환경오염, 생태계 파괴 등 다양한 환경 문제를 야기하고 있다. 친환경 공급망 관리(Green Supply Chain Management, Green SCM)는 기업의 성과를 촉진하는 중요한 전략으로 자리 잡고 있다. 중장비 제조업은 중국의 핵심 산업으로, '제조 대국'에서 '글로벌 제조 강국'으로의 전환에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 친환경공급망관리의 주요 요인으로 내부 환경 관리, 친환경 디자인 및 생산자 책임 회수라는 세 가지 핵심요인을 도출하여 기업의 친환경 성과와 운영 성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 통해 기업의 녹색 발전을 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 “중국 중장비 산업 협회(中国重型机械工业协会: China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, CHMIA)”를 통해 기업 리스트를 확보하였고, 293부의 유효 설문지를 활용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 먼저, 중국의 중장비 제조 기업의 내부환경관리는 환경 성과, 운영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국의 중장비 제조 기업의 친환경 디자인은 환경 성과, 운영 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국 중장비 제조 기업의 생산자 책임 회수는 환경 성과, 운영 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of green supply chain management (Green SCM) on corporate performance in China's heavy machinery manufacturing. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employed a survey to collect data from key Chinese companies in heavy machinery manufacturing. The questionnaire was developed through a pilot study and in-depth interviews, and the survey was conducted from April to June 2024. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: Analysis revealed that internal environmental management, eco-design, and investment recovery inf luenced both environmental and operational performance positively. Eco-design had the greatest impact on environmental performance, while internal environmental management and investment recovery significantly contributed to operational performance. The total explained variance was 72.871%, indicating meaningful correlations between variables. Conclusions: This study demonstrates that Green SCM enables companies in the heavy machinery industry to fulfill their environmental responsibilities while improving operational efficiency. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening eco-design and internal environmental management practices for sustainable business development.
