국문 초록

목적: 본 연구는 성인학습자들을 대상으로 온·오프라인수업의 질에 대한 인식이 학습만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 학습몰입이 온·오프라인수업의 질과 학습만족도를 매개하는 양상을 분석함으로써 온·오프라인수업에서 학습자의 학습몰입의 효과와 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구는 대구, 경북소재의 대학에 재학 중인 성인학습자 186명을 대상으로 하였다. 온·오프라인수업의 질에 대한 인식을 독립변수로 두고 학습만족도를 종속변수로 하는 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 학습몰입을 매개변수로 하는 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 첫째, 플립드 러닝수업에서 온라인수업의 질과 오프라인수업의 질에 대한 인식은 학습만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온·오프라인수업을 병행하는 플립드 러닝수업에서 학습몰입은 학습만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 플립드 러닝에서 온·오프라인수업의 질은 학습몰입을 매개로 하여 학습만족도에 정적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 온라인 환경과 오프라인 환경 모두에서 학습자의 수업에 대한 접근성과 편리성, 유용성 개선을 위한 지속적인 관리와 지원이 이루어져야 할 뿐만 아니라 학습자의 학습몰입을 촉진하여 학습만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of adult learners' perception of the quality of online and offline classes on learning satisfaction, and to derive implications for enhancing learners' learning commitment and learning satisfaction in online and offline classes by analyzing the patterns in which learning commitment mediates the quality and learning satisfaction of online and offline classes. Method: This study was conducted with 168 adult learners enrolled in universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. A regression analysis was conducted with learning satisfaction as a dependent variable with the perception of the quality of online and offline classes as an independent variable, and a mediating effect analysis was conducted with learning commitment as a parameter. Results: First, it was found that the perception of the quality of online and offline classes in flipped learning classes had a positive significant effect on learning satisfaction. Second, it was found that learning commitment had a positive significant effect on learning satisfaction in flipped learning classes that combine online and offline classes. Third, in flipped learning, it was found that the quality of online and offline classes had a positive significant effect on learning satisfaction through learning commitment. Conclusion: In both online and offline environments, continuous management and support should be provided to improve learners' accessibility, convenience, and usefulness to classes, as well as measures to increase learning satisfaction by promoting learners' commitment to learning.
