SPBL을 적용한 언어지도교과목이 예비보육교사의 협력적자기효능감과 학습자수업참여에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 학습자의 자기주도 학습을 위해 개발된 구조화된 프로젝트기반학습(SPBL)을 적용한 언어지도 교과목의 수업적용 효과를 검증하는데 있다. SPBL을 적용한 수업은 15주차 정규수업 중 8주차로 3회의 구조화된 프로젝트 진행과 개발된 수업활동에 대한 유아대상 수업시연이 포함되었다. 연구대상은 언어지도 교과목에 수강신청한 39명이며 수업은 2개 분반으로 동일한 과정으로 운영되었다. 수업적용효과의 검증을 위하여 협력적 자기효능감 척도와 학습자수업참여 척도를 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과 SPBL 교수학습을 적용한 언어지도교과목은 예비보육교사들의 협력적자기효능감과 학습자수업참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 전통적인 교과목의 수업설계에서 구조화된 프로젝트 기반학습의 적용 가능성을 검증하는 동시에 보육교사양성과정에서 구조화된 프로젝트 기반학습의 적용의 효과성과 필요성을 확인하는 연구의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study aims to verify the effectiveness of applying structured project-based learning (SPBL) developed for learners’ self-directed learning in a language Instruction subjects. The class applying SPBL was 8 weeks out of 15 weeks of regular classes, and included 3 structured project implementations and demonstrations of developed class activities for young children. The subjects of the study were 39 students who registered for the language instruction subjects course, and the class was operated as an identical course with 2 classes. In order to verify the effectiveness of the class application, the self-efficacy for group work scale and the learner class participation scale were analyzed. The results of the study showed that the language instrucation subjects applying SPBL teaching and learning had a positive effect on the collaborative self-efficacy and learner class participation of prospective childcare teachers. These research results have the significance of verifying the applicability of structured project-based learning in the lesson design of traditional subjects and confirming the effectiveness and necessity of applying structured project-based learning in pre-service early childhood teachers.
