농업체험활동 중심의 창의·인성교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 창의성에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 학생들이 호기심과 흥미를 가지고 학습활동에 즐겁게 참여하는 과정 속에서 협업능력을 기르며 집단지성을 발휘할 수 있는 농업체험활동 중심 창의·인성교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 학생들의 창의성 함양을 검증하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 교육과정을 분석하여 통합교과, 과학, 실과를 포함한 해당 교과뿐만 아니라 창의적 체험활동, 특별활동의 시간을 통합할 수 있도록 교육과정을 분석하였고, 농업체험중심 창의·인성교육 프로그램을 개발 및 운영하였으며, 그 효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 이 연구에서 개발된 프로그램에 참여한 4학년, 5학년, 6학년 학생들은 모든 창의성 성격 요인, 창의성 사고 요인, 창의성 동기 요인 수준이 매우 크게 제고되었다. 이 연구의 결과를 기반으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 이 연구에서 개발된 농업체험중심 창의·인성교육 프로그램은 초등학생들의 ‘창의적 성격’ 요인, ‘창의적 사고’ 요인, 그리고 ‘창의적 동기’ 요인 등의 모든 창의성 요소를 높이는데 긍정적인 역할을 수행한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to develop and apply ‘the creativity·humanity education program focused on the agricultural experiential activities’, which allowed students to gladly participate to learning with their curiosity and interests. Plus, after applying ‘the creativity·humanity education program focused on the agricultural experiential activities’, students‘ creativity would be tested. To achieve the purpose of the study, the school curriculum was analyzed to develop the integrated curriculum for the program. Then, the program was developed and applied to students. and the effects of the program were analyzed. As a result of the study, all participants’ levels of the creative character factors, the creative thinking factors, and the creative motive factors were largely enhanced. The study showed the following conclusion: The creativity·humanity education program focused on the experiential activities enhance students' creativity in all factors including ‘creative personality’, ‘creative thinking’, and ‘creative motivation’.
