국문 초록

본 연구는 집합주택에서 교육 콘텐츠와 공간계획의 통합이 거주자의 삶에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하기 위해 국내·외 집합주택의 문헌자료와 선행사례를 조사 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 주거 만족도를 높일 수 있는 한국 집합주택내에서 교육 환경의 개선 방향성에 대해 제시하였다. 연구 방법으로는 전문가 심층 면접과 설문조사를 통해 수집된 데이터를 SPSS 28.0을 사용하여 빈도분석을 진행하였으며 구조화된 온라인 설문조사를 통해 거주자 수요 중심의 교육 프로그램 운용이 주민들의 주거 만족도를 높일 수 있음을 확인하였으며, 거주자의 자발적인 참여도와 학습의지를 높일 수 있는 지속 가능한 집합주택과 교육형 커뮤니티 공간을 구축하는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigated and analyzed literature and precedent cases of Korean and foreign multi-family housing to study the impact of integrating educational contents and space planning in collective houses on residents' lives. Based on the results, this study suggests directions for improving the educational environment in Korean multi-family housing that can increase residential satisfaction. The research methods used were surveys and in-depth interviews with experts. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis using SPSS 28.0. The results of the survey, which was conducted through a structured online questionnaire, confirmed that resident demand-driven Educational program management can increase resident engagement and housing satisfaction, and highlighted the importance of building sustainable multi-family housing and educational community spaces.
