국문 초록

Nail care encompasses various beauty and health maintenance techniques for fingernails and toenails, including nail art, nail care products, nail care devices, and other related processes. The market is evolving with trends toward segmentation and personalization, aiming to provide customized solutions through innovative technologies. Despite numerous patent applications and interdisciplinary attempts to merge with other industries, research focusing on the direction and patent trends in nail care technology remains insufficient. This study investigates the current patent landscape in nail care, selecting successful patents for quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the application year and country. Additionally, recently-filed patents by industry players were examined by analyzing their summary technologies and representative diagrams to understand the direction and level of related technologies. This research aims to provide fundamental data for feasibility studies in nail care product development and effective evaluation through comparative patent analysis.
