국문 초록

The “Standards for the Construction of Marxist Colleges in ordinary institutions of higher Learning (2023 edition)” clearly stipulates that the ideological and political course teachers and counselors are actively organized to participate in guiding the practical teaching of ideological and political courses.It is conducive to the construction of “ideological and political courses” and the ideological and political courses and and the fundamental task of moral education. In the new era, college counselors’ participation in ideological and political practice teaching is faced with outstanding problems such as unsound leading institutions, weak willingness of counselors, inadequate base construction and imperfect system and mechanism. It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design, mobilize the inner motivation of the counselors, deepen and expand the base construction and establish and perfect various systems and mechanisms.

영문 초록

高校辅导员参与思政课实践教学有利于扎实推进“大思政课”建设，有利于提高思政课建设的针对性和吸引力，有利于高校落实立德树人根本任务。新时代，高校辅导员参与思政课实践教学面临着领导机构不健全、辅导员主观意愿不强烈、基地建设不充分和体制机制不完善等问题。高校辅导员参与思政课实践教学要从加强顶层设计、调动辅导员的内在动力、拓展基地建设和建立健全各种体制机制着手。
