Liu Shaoqi continuously enriched and deepened the theory of contradictions among the people in practice. During the period of the New Democratic Revolution, he explored two types of contradictions and proposed that “the forms of contradictions can be divided into two major categories”; During the transitional period, it was pointed out that “the contradictions and relationships within state-owned factories are the contradictions and relationships between the working class and the people”; During the period of comprehensive construction of socialism, it is explicitly stated that “contradictions within the people have become the main contradictions”. When dealing with internal contradictions among the people, Liu Shaoqi profoundly pointed out that “strictly distinguish between two different methods of handling two types of contradictions with different natures”; We need to use small democratic methods; Resolutely oppose bureaucracy; Combining distribution according to work with ideological and political education; The public security, procuratorial and judicial organs should become organs for handling internal contradictions among the people. These explanations have rich connotations and profound thoughts, enriching the Marxist idea of correctly handling contradictions among the people; Provided methodological guidance for the entire party to carry out investigation and research work; To provide useful insights for improving effective mechanisms for handling internal contradictions among the people in the new situation.

영문 초록

刘少奇在实践中不断丰富和深化人民内部矛盾理论。在新民主主义革命时期，他探讨了两类矛盾问题，提出“矛盾的形式，可以分成两大类”；在过渡时期，指出“国营工厂内部的矛盾和关系是工人阶级和人民内部的矛盾和关系”；在全面建设社会主义时期，明确提出“人民内部的矛盾已成为主要矛盾”的论断。在处理人民内部矛盾时，刘少奇深刻指出，“严格区分处理两类不同性质矛盾的两种不同的办法”；“要用小民主的办法”；坚决反对官僚主义；按劳分配与思想政治教育相结合；公检法机关“要成为处理人民内部矛盾的机关”。这些阐述内涵丰富、思想深刻，丰富了马克思主义正确处理人民内部矛盾的思想；为全党开展调查研究工作提供了方法论指导；为完善正确处理新形势下人民内部矛盾有效机制提供有益启示。
