국문 초록

In today’s rapid development of the digital economy era, digital labor itself is manifested as the combination of mental labor and physical labor with the help of digital media, which is more complex labor relations and value creation methods than traditional labor. However, the more critical problem hidden behind this is that the logic of capital accumulation has also changed significantly, and data and information have become key production factors. On the one hand, digital capital accumulation has deeply reconstructed the economic ecological environment and the new order of value distribution in the digital era. On the other hand, digital capital accumulation has also profoundly changed the forms of expression at every level of the economy and society. From Marx’s practical point of view, digital labor not only liberates the productive forces, but also breeds new alienation phenomenon. We should not only reflect on the new path of capital exploitation of labor in the digital economy, but also conceive how to rebuild the consciousness of labor subject to adapt to the new era in the environment of intelligent technology and digital capital.

영문 초록

在数字经济时代飞速发展的今天，数字劳动本身表现为借助数字媒介进行脑力劳动与体力劳动的结合，其相较传统劳动表现为更复杂的劳动关系与价值创造方式。然而，在这背后隐藏的更为关键的问题是资本积累的逻辑也发生了显著变化，数据与信息成为关键生产要素，一方面，数字资本积累深度重构了数字时代下的经济生态环境和价值分配新秩序。另一方面，数字资本积累还深刻改变了经济社会各个层面的表现形式。以马克思的实践观点来看，数字劳动在解放生产力的同时还滋生新型异化现象，我们不仅要反思资本在数字经济中剥削劳动的新路径，还要构想劳动主体如何在智能技术与数字资本交织的环境中重新构建适应新时代的劳动主体意识。
