국문 초록

오늘날 경영 환경에서는 주요 거래 파트너와 효율적이고, 지속 가능한 관계를 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 본 연구는 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 공급사슬 내 공급자의 친화성과 몰입, 민첩성의 관계를 살펴보며, 이들이 최종적으로 물류성과 제고에 영향을미치는지 탐색하게 된다. 이를 위해 한국 내 공급사슬관리 관련 부서 종사자들을 대상으로 설문을 진행했으며, 총 250부의 설문지를 통계 분석에 활용했다. 한편 구조방정식 모형을 이용해 가설들을 검증했으며, 이를 위해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용했음을밝히는 바이다. 검증 결과, 공급자의 친화성은 몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 몰입은 공급사슬민첩성과 물류성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인했다. 마지막으로 공급사슬 민첩성은 물류성과에 유의미한 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이들의 인과관계를 탐색함으로써 기업 종사자들에게 실무적 시사점을 제시할 수있을 뿐만 아니라, 정성적 요인 변수를 바탕으로 정량적 결과에 이르는 경로를 살펴봄으로써 학문적 시사점을 제안한다.

영문 초록

In today’s business environment, it is necessary to build efficient and sustainable relationships with major trading partners. And this study examines the relationship between the compatibility of supplier, commitment level, and agility in the supply chain based on this background, and explores whether they ultimately affect logistics performance improvement. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted on workers in departments related to supply chain management in Korea, and a total of 250 questionnaires were used for statistical analysis. Meanwhile, it is revealed that the hypotheses were verified using a structural equation model, and SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for this purpose. As a result of the verification, it was found that supplier compatibility had a significant positive (+) effect on the commitment level. And it was confirmed that the commitment level had a significant positive (+) effect on supply chain agility and logistics performance. Finally, it was found that supply chain agility had a significant positive (+) effect on logistics performance. This study not only can present practical implications to corporate workers by exploring their causal relationships, but also suggests academic implications by examining the path to quantitative results based on qualitative factor variables.
