Elbegdorj Rinchino-the one of the political leader in the Mongolian people’s republic- had the political confrontation with T. Ryskulov-the representative of the Comintern in Mongolia- and the central comittee of the Mongolian people’s revolutionary party decided to send them to Moscow on 15. June. 1925. Previous researches on their political confrontation regarded this party decision as the important factor of the exclusion of Rinchino from the MPR. However, in January 1926, the Comintern finally decided the exclusion of Rinchino from the MPR in Moscow. The present paper aims to elucidate the political significance of the exclusion of Rinchino from the MPR by analysis of the process to the decision in January 1926 and discussions of Comintern’s executives in January 1926.The party decision on 15. June. 1925 aimed the exclusion of Ryskulov from the MPR by regarding him as the harmful politician for MPR. Therefore, the USSR and the Comintern attempted to “correct” the 15 June party decision. By their intervention the evaluation of Ryskulov was improved on the decision of MPRP and Rinchino was relieved of national duties and sent to Moscow. On the other hand some of the leaders of MPR regarded the dispatch of Rinchino to Moscow as the temporary one. Thus Comintern’s executives attempted to put the criticism of Ryskulov done by the 15 June party decision on Rinchino and decided to exclude Rinchino from MPR.
