국문 초록
In the new era, urban rail transit demands higher quality from its employees. Higher vocational colleges training urban rail transit professionals must not only enhance professional skills but also solidify ideological and political education, ensuring a seamless integration of political guidance with professional instruction. Challenges include a lack of alignment between educational standards and transportation companies’ core requirements, limited integration of political elements with professional knowledge, a monotonous presentation of political content in courses, and the inability to quantify quality outcomes. We should deeply extract the professional ideological values and spiritual essence, seamlessly integrate them into the teaching process, establish a system to evaluate political curriculum, quantify quality objectives, and enhance students’ professional skills and qualities, aiming to cultivate highly skilled professionals adaptable to evolving trends in urban rail and broader transportation sectors.
영문 초록
在新时代背景下,城市轨道交通对岗位员工提出更高的素养要求。高职院校城市轨道交通专业人才培养不仅要注重提升专业技能,也要筑牢思政教育,使思政引领与专业教学无缝衔接。破解城市轨道交通专业人才培养规格与交通企业核心特质需求匹配度不高、思政元素与专业知识融入不深入、课程思政展现形式较单一、素质目标达成无法量化等痛点。深度提炼专业蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵,有机融入教学全过程,构建课程思政评价体系,量化素养目标,全面提升学生职业能力与素养,以期培养适应城市轨道交通行业新趋势下的高技术技能人才需求。
