국문 초록

With the development of Internet information technology, the online has increasingly become the “distribution center” of College Students’ ideology and culture, and college online public opinion has also become the “barometer” of College Students’ ideology. Ideological and political educators in Colleges and universities should actively change their teaching ideas, pay attention to online ideological and political education and innovate the path of online Ideological and political Education. Starting from the connotation and characteristics of university online public opinion, this paper expounds the constituent elements of university online public opinion, then analyzes the current opportunities and challenges with university online public opinion and online ideological and political education as the core, and advocates focusing on young students and innovating the pattern of online ideological and political education; Build a platform position and build a online ideological and political discourse system; Innovating contents and methods to optimize the supply of online ideological and political education; Improve the management level, enhance the influence of online ideological and political education and extend the management dimension, so as to improve the timeliness of online ideological and political education.

영문 초록

随着互联网信息技术的发展，网络日益成为大学生思想文化的“集散地”，高校网络舆情也成为大学生思想的“晴雨表”。高校思想政治教育工作者应当积极转变教学观念，重视网络思想政治教育，创新网络思政教育路径。本文从高校网络舆情的内涵、特点出发对高校网络舆情构成要素进行阐述，进而以高校网络舆情和网络思政教育为核心分析当下的机遇和挑战，主张聚焦青年学生，创新网络思政育人格局；打造平台阵地，构建网络思政话语体系；创新内容方法，优化网络思政教育供给；提高管理水平，增强网络思政影响力以及延伸管理向度，以提高网络思政教育时效性。
