국문 초록
Purpose : This study was conducted to analyze research published in domestic academic journals on AI medical systems and to suggest future research directions for AI medical systems. Method : This descriptive survey study analyzed papers related to AI medical systems published in domestic academic journals from January 2017 to January 2024. The main keywords used for the search were ‘AI medical’ and ‘AI medical system’, and a total of nine papers were analyzed. Results : Upon reviewing the number of research publications per year, it was found that five papers (55.6%) were published between 2020 and 2021, the highest number. This was followed by two papers (22.2%) each for the periods 2017 and 2024. All studies were designed as quantitative research. The main keywords included medical AI technology, medical big data, AI technology, core technologies for medical AI, medical robots, artificial intelligence, development of medical service robots, AI technology for predicting cancer prognosis based on medical imaging, AI IoT application services for senior health management in the community, healthcare big data, and the development of AI-based elderly care services. Conclusion : This study comprehensively analyzed the current state and future potential of AI medical systems. Future research should focus on addressing these challenges and maximizing the potential of AI medical systems. Through this, AI technology is expected to play an increasingly important role in the medical field.
