조리교육기관의 강사의 자질이 교육만족도와 진로준비 행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서 조리를 전공한 학생들을 중심으로 강사의 자질이 교육만족도와 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것으로 가설을 설정함에 따라 실증적 분석을 통해 설정된 연구 모형과 가설의 검증을 진행하였다. 실증 연구를 수행하기 위해 본 연구자는 임의로 선정된 조리를 전공한 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 총 300부의 표본을 기반으로 연구모형에 대한 적합성 및 타당성 검토를 바탕으로 가설을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해 SPSS/WIN 통계프로그램 Ver.22.0으로 여러 분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구자는 현 연구에서 강사의 자질의 차별성이 각각의 교육만족도와 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는지, 교육만족도가 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 체계적이며 질 높은 교육환경으로 개선하고자 하는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

영문 초록

In this study, the research model and hypothesis established through empirical analysis were verified as the hypothesis was established that the instructor's qualities would have a positive (+) effect on educational satisfaction and career preparation behavior, centering on students majoring in cooking. In order to verify the hypothesis of this study, several analyzes were conducted with the SPSS/WIN statistical program Ver.22.0. In this study, the researcher analyzes whether the differentiation of instructor's qualities has a significant effect on each educational satisfaction and career preparation behavior, and whether educational satisfaction has a significant effect on career preparation behavior to provide basic data to be improved into a systematic and high-quality educational environment.
