국문 초록

This study conducted a comprehensive survey and analysis of tourists who visited the Jeollanam-do region in order to strengthen the competitiveness of cultural and tourism interpreters in the Jeollanam-do region and to revitalize the tourism industry. Accordingly, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are presented as follows. First, the need to identify problems in Jeollanam-do's cultural and tourism interpreter training program and develop a substantial cultural and tourism interpreter training course operation system and establish a systematic and comprehensive strategy to attract tourists and promote policies is emphasized. Second, we further aim to provide accurate and useful information about cultural heritage and cultural tourist attractions by Jeollanam-do cultural tour guides, and to improve the satisfaction of tourists visiting Jeollanam-do by improving the quality of their tourism experience by facilitating tourists' understanding and access. The purpose is also implied. Lastly, research results showed that the role of cultural tourism interpreters and the results of completing educational programs affect visitors' tourism satisfaction.necessary.
