국문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest efficient integration plan in local government scale by analyzing result of family service delivery system in Chungchengnamdo. This study investigated the actual condition of 18 family service institutes and conducted Focus Group Interview of 10 social workers. Focus Group Interviewer are responded non-structural questionnaire. The results of analysis provided a basis for presenting the efficent intergration plan of family service delivery system. The efficient integration plan of family service delivery system runs as follow: First, enactment of local ordinance to promote comprehensive family support service. Second, integration of administrative organization department in charge of two family support service delivery system in a local government. Third, granting of a role as regional family service control tower that develop family service and enable network of resource. Fourth, improving the capability of service workers and working environment. Fifth, flexible service guideline should be prepared in order to run various model.
