영문 초록

The purpose of this study is focused on the concept of the Hotel Accounting Information System. It includes a theoretical foundation, process of development, adjacent system, function and the practical problems of the system, which are regarded as the characteristics of hotel industry. Like the Management Information System, the Hotel Accounting Information System aims to obtain the right information for both inside and outside users, assisting management to make effective decisions while under the pressures of international finance market. Hotel Accounting Information System can be utilized in various fields within the hotel industry, especially with the effectiveness of the computer system. It is inevitable for using the HAIS to accomplish the management purpose by utilization of advanced HAIS. Consequently, it is required that more active and positive studies focus on this aspect.
