국문 초록

본 연구는 초임 스포츠지도자의 직업사회화 과정을 통해 그들의 직업 형성과정을 이해하는 데 있다. 스포츠지도자들이급변하는 사회에 적합한 대응 능력을 키워주고 자신이 할 일을 스스로 대비해 나가는 필요성을 느껴 본 연구에서는 문화기술지 방법을 사용하여 스포츠지도자들이 직업인으로 성장하고 발전해 가는 과정에 대해 심층적으로 이해하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2년 미만의 지도경력이 있는 5명의 스포츠지도자를 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 문헌조사, 심층 면담, 참여관찰을 통해 자료 수집하였다. 그 결과 초임 스포츠지도자의 직업사회화에 관한 결과는 크게 스포츠지도자입문하기, 스포츠지도자 활동 과정, 직업적 전문성 구현으로 범주화하였다. 이러한 경험요인은 여러 개의 하위요인으로분류되는데 이에 대해 구체적으로 알아보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠지도자 입문하기 직업화 형성은 1) 스포츠지도자의임문ㆍ초임 단계 2) 직업적 가치로 제시되었다. 둘째, 스포츠 지도 활동 과정은 1) 적응의 단계 2) 성장의 단계 설정되었다. 셋째, 직업적 전문 구현은 1) 직업적 전문성 발현 2) 교육철학의 요인으로 분류되었다. 그리고 이러한 요소들은 부단한자기 계발과 교육 차원에서의 노력의 과정이 직업에 대한 전문성을 형성하는 데 매우 중요하다는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of study is to understand the process of career formation of newly appointed sports leaders through the process of vocational socialization. As sports leaders feel the need to develop their ability to respond to society and prepare themselves for their work, this study aims to understand the process of sports leaders developing into professionals. Five sports leaders with less than two years of experience were selected and data were collected through literature, interviews, and participatory observation. As a result, vocational socialization was categorized into introduction to sports leaders, the process of activities of sports leaders, and the realization of professional expertise. Therefore, these experiential factors are classified as sub-factors. The formation of occupationalization to be a sports leader was suggested as 1) initiationㆍfor a sports leader 2) professional value. The process of sports guidance activity was set as 1) the stage of adaptation 2) the stage of growth. The realization of professional professionalism was classified as 1) the expression of professional professionalism 2) the educational philosophy.
