국문 초록

“互联网+”时代对教育领域产生了深远的影响，也给高校英语教师专业发展带来了前所未有危机和挑战。本文通过文献分析，阐述了“互联网+”背景下教师专业发展的内涵，并通过解析高校英语教师专业发展的危机，提出教师的自主发展与社会和学校环境的外部驱动相结合的互助模式，是帮助英语教师专业发展的最佳对策和途径。

영문 초록

The era of “Internet +” has profound impacts on education and created unprecedented crises and challenges to the college English teachers’ professional development. Through the literature review, the paper explains the new interpretations of teachers’ professional development in the era of “Internet +”, and analyzes the issues appeared in the group of college English teachers. Finally, it ensures that the unification mode from their independent development and external drive of society and college is the best solution for the issues.
