간호대학생의 긍정적 사고와 그릿이 전공몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 긍정적 사고, 그릿, 전공몰입의 관계를 확인하고, 전공몰입에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 연구 대상자는 G 광역시에 소재하는 간호대학의 대학생 145명으로 자료수집은 2023년 5월 10일에서 6월 12일까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 29.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과 전공몰입은 긍정적 사고(r=.41, p<.001), 그릿(r=.37, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 전공몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인은 긍정적 사고(β=.32, p<001.), 그릿(β=.26, p<.05)으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인은 전공몰입을 21.3% 설명하였다. 대상자의 전공몰입은 3.76점(5점), 긍정적 사고는 3.12점(5점), 그릿은 3.11점(5점)으로 타나났다. 결론 간호대학생의 전공몰입을 증진시키기 위해 긍정적 사고와 그릿을 향상시키는 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to confirm the relationship between positive thinking, grit, and major commitment of nursing college students and to identify factors influencing major commitment. Methods The subjects of this study were 145 nursing college students located in G Metropolitan City, and data collection was conducted from May 10 to June 12, 2023. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 29.0 program. Results Major commitment had a significant positive correlation with positive thinking (r=.41, p<.001) and grit (r=.37, p<.001). Factors affecting major commitment of nursing college students were positive thinking (β=.32, p<001.) and grit (β=.26, p<.05), which explained 21.3% of variance. The subject's major commitment was 3.76 points (5 points), positive thinking was 3.12 points (5 points), and grit was 3.11 points (5 points). Conclusions As a result of the study, it will be necessary to develop a program to improve positive thinking and grit in order to increase nursing student’s major commitment.
