영문 초록

This paper considers the Ubiquitous Farming Administrator(UFA) for future local economic development based on high technology. The role of UFA who combines the agriculture and high technology is represented. The Ubiquitous-Farming Model that is consisted of several layers is represented and each layer works independently. Especially in the technical area, the main job of UFA is capability that converts real world to conceptual world. Then UFA transforms the conceptual world to the logical world that computer understands. The future development for the local agriculture is depended on the specialist that deals with ubiquitous world.
