This study attempted to analyze the influence of employment environments on job satisfaction against small and mid-sized enterprises in Yangsan Industrial Complex and suggest a direction for future development. After all, a company is composed with employees, and their competitiveness becomes business competitiveness In this study, ‘employment environment’ was chosen for an independent variable, and its sub factors were set to ‘wage’, ‘employment stability’, ‘terms of employment’ and ‘company welfare’. In addition, ‘job satisfaction’ was selected as a dependent variable, and for its sub factors, ‘job satisfaction’, ‘organizational commitment’ and ‘turnover intention’ were selected. The hypothesis, “employment environments had an influence on job satisfaction”, was partially supported. In addition, an additional empirical study was performed provided that there would be differences in job satisfaction depending on subjects’ general characteristics.
