국문 초록

본 연구는 북한이탈여성 노인의 성공적 노화 척도개발과 신뢰도, 타당도를 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 연구자는 북한이탈여성 노인 20명을 심층 면담하여 구성요소를 설정했다. 포커스 그룹을 걸쳐 북한이탈여성 노인의 성공적 노화 척도 예비문항을 개발했다. 이러한 작업을 수행한 후 문항분석, 상관관계 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증했다. 연구결과 4요인 모델, 5요인 모델, 6요인 모델 모두 적합도 검증 결과 판정기준을 만족하는 것으로 분석했다. 적합도 지수가 높게 나타난 6요인 모델을 최종적으로 선정했다. 연구결과에 근거하여 북한이탈여성 노인에게 특징적으로 나타난 죽음인식, 자기성장, 모호한 상실 속에서의 가족 애착 등에 대한 논의를 했다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to develop a successful aging scale for elderly female defectors from North Korea and to verify its reliability and validity. The researcher established the components through in-depth interviews with 20 elderly female North Korean defectors. Through focus groups, we developed preliminary questions to scale successful aging for elderly female defectors from North Korea. After performing these tasks, item analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted to verify the reliability and validity of the scale. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the 4-factor model, 5-factor model, and 6-factor model all satisfied the judgment criteria as a result of Goodness of Fit Test. The six-factor model with a high fit indices was finally selected. Based on the research results, we discussed the death awareness, self-growth, and family attachment in the midst of ambiguous loss that were characteristic of elderly North Korean defectors.
