간호대학생의 자기자애, 긍정심리자본이 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기자애, 긍정심리자본과 임상실습 스트레스의 관계를 파악하고 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하는 것에 목적이 있다. 방법 설문지는 D, K지역 소재 3개 대학의 임상실습 경험이 있는 3,4학년 간호학과 학생 중 임상실습 기간이 유사한 192명을 2023년 9월 5일부터 2023년 9월 19일까지 자료 수집을 하였으며, 자료 분석은 차이 검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 실시하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 자기자애가 높을수록 임상실습 스트레스는 낮은 경향을 보이며 (ß=-.29, p=<.001), 임상실습만족도가 만족인 집단은 불만족인 집단에 비해 임상실습 스트레스가 낮은 경향을 보였다(ß=-.39, p=.003). 이들 요인의 임상실습 스트레스에 대한 설명력은 15%이었다. 결론 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 찾는 것이 중요하며 임상실습 스트레스를 줄이기 위한 교육 프로그램이나 실질적인 개입이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between self-compassion, positive psychological capital, and clinical practice stress of nursing students and to identify factors that affect clinical practice stress. Methods The questionnaire collected data from September 5, 2023, to September 19, 2023, among nursing students in the 3rd and 4th grades with clinical practice experience at 3 universities in the D and K regions, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 for difference test, one-way analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and Hierarchical regression analysis. Results Among the factors affecting clinical practice stress of nursing students, the higher the self-compassion, the lower the clinical practice stress (ß=-.29, p=<.001), and the group with satisfaction with clinical practice satisfaction tended to have lower clinical practice stress than the group with dissatisfaction (ß=-.39, p=.003). The explanatory power of these factors for clinical practice stress was 15%. Conclusions It is important to find ways to reduce clinical practice stress among nursing students, and educational programs or practical interventions are needed to reduce clinical practice stress.
