국문 초록

共同富裕是中国共产党矢志不渝的奋斗目标。新时代共同富裕的战略定位得到了提升，它是中国共产党长期执政的必然要求、社会主义的本质要求、中国式现代化的重要特征。新时代共同富裕的目标任务是实现物质生活共同富裕与精神生活共同富裕双丰收、分阶段促进共同富裕、按四项原则推进共同富裕。新时代共同富裕的实践举措是以推动高质量发展为动力、以实现脱贫为突破口、以构建公平分配体系为制度保障、以推进基本公共服务均等化为重要手段。

영문 초록

Achieving common prosperity for all people is an unswerving goal of the the Communist Party of China. The strategic positioning of common prosperity in the new era has been improved, which is the inevitable requirement of the Communist Party of China’s long-term governance, the essential requirement of socialism, and the important feature of Chinese path to modernization. The target tasks of common prosperity in the new era are to achieve both material and spiritual prosperity, promote common prosperity in stages, and promote common prosperity according to the four principles. The practical measures for common prosperity in the new era are driven by promoting high-quality development, achieving poverty alleviation as a breakthrough, building a fair distribution system as an institutional guarantee, and promoting equalization of basic public services as an important means.
